You may register early by printing this registration form or register online by visiting Active.com.
Register and pick up your packet Saturday (the day before race day), from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m.; and Sunday (race day), from 5:45 to 6:15 a.m. It is Highly recommended to pickup your packet Saturday evening, due to the number of athletes. Email evelazquez@cff.org to be added to our mail list.
RACE DESCRIPTION
Swim - .5 mile in Lake...Inverted Triangle swim
OR Run (Duathletes) - 1.3 miles.
Bike - 2 laps - right onto Alpine Road, right onto East Campground Road then right onto Old York Road (RT 74), right onto (RT 177) at Rossville, right onto Alpine Road, right into Conewago entrance after 2nd lap on the right to transition area. Approx. 18 miles. Volunteers at all turns.
Run - 5K - trail run will be clearly marked through the Conewago entrance (see Map).
Waves will be evenly distributed depending on the number of athletes in each age category. Check which wave you will start in when you pick up your packet.
TRANSFER AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds- 50% up to 30 days before the event.
Request must be done through mail only.
Refund will be issued one week after the event. No Refunds after 30 days.
Transfers- Will be accepted with a $15 fee. No transfers allowed the day of the race. Must be done One Week before the event through the mail. No Calls.

AWARDS
Awards are given to the overall top male & female and the top 3 men & women in each category.
Age Groups -19 & Under, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 +
DIRECTIONS
Go to www.Mapquest.com to get a map and directions that will put you on the perimeter of the park a short distance from the Conewago Race entrance. You can zoom in on the map to see that the Conewago entrance is a turn off of Alpine road.
