- It is up to you to read the race application and all the information and understand all rules and regulations.
- Race will proceed rain or shine.
- Race Director reserves the right to cancel or change event if weather conditions warrant.
- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED AT THE RACE SITE.
- No drafting is allowed.
- Helmets are mandatory during bike sections.
- You must wear your number on the bike and run legs. DO NOT tear off the tag until you get to the finsh line.
- Please arrive early Sunday morning. You will need to pick up your timing chip and get your body marked.
- You must wear the swim cap that is provided to you and swim with your designated wave. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- No outside assistance is allowed in the transition or on the course.
- No headphones or baby carriages.
- No abuse of volunteers, police or others will be tolerated. Any abuse will lead to disqualification.
- Athletes are responsible for reviewing the course beforehand and for knowing all truns and hazards along the course.
- No gu packets or similar products (litter problem on course).
- Awards must be picked up at the race. No mailing of awards.
