Swim – 1 mile (approx.), in Lake... Inverted Triangle swim
Bike – 27.5 miles (approx.), 1 lap.
Run – 6.5 mile (approx.), trail and road.
Waves will be evenly distributed depending on the number of athletes in each age category. Check which wave you will start in when you pick up your packet.
